Follow-Me Email - Configuring Mac OS X Mail for IMAP email:

This tutorial will walk you through configuring Mac OS X Mail for IMAP email. Using IMAP email and Mac OS X Mail, you can check your email account from multiple computers and all of your email will appear on every machine.

You will need:

• The name of your server (similar to host14.gem3.com).
• Your email address, which has already been created in your hosting control panel.
• Your email address password

Please first verify your email address and password using our webmail system. You can log into webmail using your domain name and /webmail.

For example, If your domain name was domain.com, you could log in at:
http://www.domain.com/webmail

Important! - Remember that your email username is your complete email address!

Open Mail.

It will ask you to setup your new mail account. After each screen, click Continue.

Click Create and your email will be active.

When you are traveling or at a friend's house, you can use any web browser to check your email using /webmail after your domain name.
